Can I place an order and pick it up myself?

Yes. Select Store Pickup at checkout and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection from our Budaiya Highway branch.

If you would like to collect from our Sanad branch, please let us know and we will arrange it for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through DHL.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Bahrain

Delivery times vary by product. The estimated delivery time is displayed on each product page.  

International Orders

Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days from the product delivery date shown on the product page, subject to customs clearance and local courier services.  

How much is the delivery charge?

In Bahrain

A flat delivery fee of BD 2.000 applies to all local deliveries.  

International Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.  

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
